Barry Mainz , President and Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Barry leads the company’s overall business strategy and is responsible for MobileIron’s day-to-day-operations. Prior to joining MobileIron, Mr. Mainz served as President of Wind River, an embedded and mobile software company and wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation, from October 2013 to December 2015. Before becoming its President, Mr. Mainz served as Wind River’s Chief Operating Officer from February 2007 until September 2013 and as Wind River’s Vice President, Worldwide Customer Operations, from July 2005 until January 2007. From May 1999 until June 2005, Mr. Mainz served as Vice President, Corporate Sales Division, for Mercury Interactive Corporation, a software company. Mr. Mainz holds a B.A. in Communications from San Francisco State University.

Simon Biddiscombe , Chief Financial Officer

Simon brings more than 20 years of management and financial experience to MobileIron. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he spent nine years, most recently in the firm’s Silicon Valley technology accounting and audit practice. He went on to join Wyle Electronics where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Simon’s next role was Vice President for Finance and Controller of the internet infrastructure business of Conexant which became Mindspeed Technologies (NASDAQ: MSPD) where he then served for 5 years as Chief Financial Officer. He then spent five years at QLogic Corp. (NASDAQ: QLGC) as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, then as Chief Executive Officer. Simon joined MobileIron from ServiceSource International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SREV) where he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer. He holds a BA in business studies from the University of Glamorgan and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Daniel Fields , Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Software Development Officer

Danny Fields has served as our Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Software Development Officer since February 19, 2016. Previously, he worked at Oracle, most recently as Group Vice President, Engineering, Oracle Service Cloud, starting in September 2015, and prior to that, as Vice President Engineering, Oracle Service Cloud, from March 2012 to August 2015. He served as Vice President, Engineering at RightNow Technologies, where he built service cloud applications, from August 2007 until RightNow's acquisition by Oracle in February 2012. Danny holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from Dublin City University in Ireland.

Dilip Patel , Senior Vice President of Customer Success

As Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Dilip leads MobileIron’s technical support, education, customer advocacy, and professional services teams. Prior to joining MobileIron, Dilip spent 15 years at Wind River, a subsidiary of Intel. He joined Wind River as a field engineer and held a series of positions over the years including Vice President Customer Operations and Senior Vice President R&D. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Research and Development and Worldwide Customer Operations, and was responsible for driving innovation and delivery of key products for Wind River and for managing customer-facing engineering groups across the globe. Prior to joining Wind River, he served as a software development manager with Texas Instruments in EMEA and Singapore and as a software manager and designer at Atlas Converting Equipment in the UK. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electronic Physics from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an MBA from the Open University Business School, UK.

Suresh Batchu , Co-founder and CTO

As CTO, Suresh is responsible for anticipating what customers will need in the future and leading MobileIron’s research division. Suresh has held a variety of other senior engineering positions within MobileIron since our inception. Prior to co-founding MobileIron, from October 2000 until August 2007, Suresh served in a number of roles at Nortel Corporation, a global provider of communications equipment, most recently as Senior Engineering Director for Nortel’s Alteon Product Portfolio. Suresh holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswar University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.

Laurel Finch , Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Laurel Finch has served as our Vice President and General Counsel since February 2013 and our Secretary since December 2013. Prior to joining MobileIron, Laurel served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of OPENLANE, Inc., a business-to-business online auction company for used cars, from June 2008 until OPENLANE’s acquisition by KAR Auction Services, Inc., in December 2011. Prior to joining OPENLANE, she was Deputy General Counsel of Visa U.S.A. Inc. from May 2006 until June 2008. Before joining Visa, Laurel was a corporate and securities law partner at Heller Ehrman from October 2003 until May 2006 and Venture Law Group from April 1993 until Venture Law Group’s merger with Heller Ehrman in October 2003 (she was elevated to partner at Venture Law Group in 2000). She holds an A.B. in German Studies from Stanford University, a Masters in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Jared Lucas , Chief People Officer

As the Chief People Officer, Jared is responsible for recruiting, retaining and developing MobileIron’s global talent base. Jared has significant talent strategy and human resource management experience in early stage companies and large enterprises, through initial public offerings, acquisitions, and hyper-growth phases. Prior to joining MobileIron, Jared was the Vice President of People Operations at The Climate Corporation through its $1B acquisition by Monsanto. Jared also served as a key member of the HR leadership team at LinkedIn through its IPO in May 2011 as the company grew from 600 to 5000 employees. Jared held other senior HR leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Quiksilver, and Auto Meter Products. Jared is also a former Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Jared received his B.A. in International Studies from Brigham Young University and his M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Ajay Mishra , Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer

As Chief Customer Officer, Ajay works with customers to understand what MobileIron does well, what might be improved upon, and how to expand products and services to better serve customers’ needs. Prior to founding MobileIron, Ajay co-founded Airespace, now part of Cisco. Ajay also chaired the WLAN-Mobile Convergence (WMC) task force within the WiFi Alliance and launched two new WMC certifications. Ajay is a frequent speaker on mobile convergence and its implications for the enterprise. Before founding Airespace, Ajay ran product management for the Cisco Mobile Office Network (MNET). He integrated the acquisitions of JetCell and Exio, built the products team, and launched the Cisco MNET solution at GSM World Congress in 2001. Ajay started his career as an engineer at Motorola, where he was part of the team that designed the world’s first commercial GSM handset in 1990. Ajay has an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

John Morgan , Vice President of Product and Ecosystem

As Vice President of Product and Ecosystem, John leads MobileIron's Product Management, User Experience, and Ecosystem teams to maximize product value to customers with MobileIron and partner integrated solutions. John has over 20 years of experience in security, networking, SaaS, and mobile holding senior management positions as CEO, Product Management, Engineering Management, and Program Management at companies such as Code Green Networks, SonicWALL, Nokia, Microsoft, and Shadow Networks. John has brought many new innovative products to market from concept to high volume sales for Mobile Unified Communications, secure content Data Loss Prevention (DLP), VPN, Firewall, Wi-Fi, and the industry's lowest cost custom encryption ASIC. He has start-up experience as a co-founder as well as experience through IPO and growth phases along with scaling large multinational organizations running global teams across enterprise, consumer, and government markets. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis.

Santhosh Nair , Vice President IoT

Santhosh leads MobileIron’s IoT division. He brings more than 20 years of international experience in strategy, engineering and product management. He joins from Wind River, an Intel company, where he was the Vice President & General Manager of the IoT business unit and managed key customer relationships across broad markets. Prior to Wind River, he spent over 15 years at GE Healthcare culminating in his role as Worldwide Product Manager for the $1.5B Computed Tomography (CT) business. He holds an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a BTech in electronics and telecommunications from Government College of Engineering, Trivandrum, India.

Jeff Ratzlaff , Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Jeff is responsible for forging strategic alliances and partnerships. Prior to joining MobileIron, Jeff spent ten years at Nokia, most recently as Director of Worldwide Channels responsible for the go-to-market strategy and partner ecosystem for Nokia Enterprise Solutions. Jeff’s product portfolio included the Nokia Eseries, Intellisync Mobile Suite Platform, Unified Communications and IP Security solutions. Jeff spent six years at Nokia Asia Pacific regional headquarters in Singapore, responsible for enterprise marketing across fourteen countries. Before Nokia, Jeff led enterprise and OEM sales for InTalk, who developed the world’s first IEEE802.11 products and was acquired by Nokia in 1999. Jeff began his career at RFID Systems Corporation, where he led sales and business development for asset identification and biometric technologies. Jeff has a BS in International Business from Hawaii Pacific University.

Ojas Rege , Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer

As Vice President of Strategy, Ojas is responsible for aligning product development and corporate strategy. Prior to joining MobileIron, Ojas was Vice President of Global Mobile Products at Yahoo!, responsible for Yahoo’s mobile search, email, messaging, and content services. The team delivered SMS, mobile web, and client applications for phones, and built platforms to deal with global fragmentation of mobile technology. Ojas started in mobile in 2000 as Vice President of Product Marketing at AvantGo. AvantGo was purchased by Sybase iAnywhere Solutions in 2003. Before AvantGo, Ojas managed the online video gaming team at Acclaim Entertainment, spent several years with Boston Consulting Group, and started his career in 1988 as VAX/VMS product line manager at Oracle. Ojas is also a Board Chair for Pact, a non-profit in Oakland California that provides adoption services for children of color and their parents.
