Simon Biddiscombe , President and Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Simon leads the company’s overall business strategy and is responsible for MobileIron’s day-to-day-operations. Simon brings more than 20 years of management and financial experience to MobileIron. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he spent nine years, most recently in the firm’s Silicon Valley technology accounting and audit practice. He went on to join Wyle Electronics where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Simon’s next role was Vice President for Finance and Controller of the internet infrastructure business of Conexant which became Mindspeed Technologies (NASDAQ: MSPD) where he then served for 5 years as Chief Financial Officer. He then spent five years at QLogic Corp. (NASDAQ: QLGC) as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, then as Chief Executive Officer. Simon joined MobileIron from ServiceSource International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SREV) where he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer. He holds a BA in business studies from the University of Glamorgan and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Scott Hill , Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Scott is responsible for MobileIron’s financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury activities, and investor relations. Scott brings nearly 20 years of experience leading finance teams at global companies. Prior to MobileIron, Scott served as senior vice president of finance at Symantec, where he supported Symantec’s consumer business. He also held other senior finance leadership roles at Symantec, including global head of financial planning and analysis, regional finance executive for the Asia Pacific and Japan regions, product manager for cloud-based offerings, and several other strategic finance and operational transformation roles.

Prior to Symantec, Scott was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan, where he served clients in the technology sector. Scott started his career in the defense industry, with engineering roles at the U.S. Department of Defense and Digital Receiver Technology, a subsidiary of Boeing. He has a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Akron, a M.S. in electrical engineering from the George Washington University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Suresh Batchu , Co-founder and CTO

As CTO, Suresh is responsible for anticipating what customers will need in the future and leading MobileIron’s research division. Suresh has held a variety of other senior engineering positions within MobileIron since our inception. Prior to co-founding MobileIron, from October 2000 until August 2007, Suresh served in a number of roles at Nortel Corporation, a global provider of communications equipment, most recently as Senior Engineering Director for Nortel’s Alteon Product Portfolio. Suresh holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswar University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.

Jared Lucas , Chief People Officer

As the Chief People Officer, Jared is responsible for recruiting, retaining and developing MobileIron’s global talent base. Jared has significant talent strategy and human resource management experience in early stage companies and large enterprises, through initial public offerings, acquisitions, and hyper-growth phases. Prior to joining MobileIron, Jared was the Vice President of People Operations at The Climate Corporation through its $1B acquisition by Monsanto. Jared also served as a key member of the HR leadership team at LinkedIn through its IPO in May 2011 as the company grew from 600 to 5000 employees. Jared held other senior HR leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Quiksilver, and Auto Meter Products. Jared is also a former Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Jared received his B.A. in International Studies from Brigham Young University and his M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Ajay Mishra , Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer

As Chief Customer Officer, Ajay works with customers to understand what MobileIron does well, what might be improved upon, and how to expand products and services to better serve customers’ needs. Prior to founding MobileIron, Ajay co-founded Airespace, now part of Cisco. Ajay also chaired the WLAN-Mobile Convergence (WMC) task force within the WiFi Alliance and launched two new WMC certifications. Ajay is a frequent speaker on mobile convergence and its implications for the enterprise. Before founding Airespace, Ajay ran product management for the Cisco Mobile Office Network (MNET). He integrated the acquisitions of JetCell and Exio, built the products team, and launched the Cisco MNET solution at GSM World Congress in 2001. Ajay started his career as an engineer at Motorola, where he was part of the team that designed the world’s first commercial GSM handset in 1990. Ajay has an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Sohail Parekh , Senior Vice President of Engineering

Sohail Parekh brings more than 20 years of experience in leading diverse engineering teams to conceptualize, build and deliver business-critical products and services for a number of high-tech industries including Cloud, Security and Networking. Prior to joining MobileIron, Sohail was Executive Vice President of Engineering at CloudPassage, a leading cloud security platform providing workload security, container/docker security and cloud visibility solutions. Prior to Cloud Passage, Sohail was the Executive Vice President of Engineering at Infoblox, where as a key member of the senior executive team he helped take the company through a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). During his time at Infoblox, Sohail led a global team of more than 300 engineers deliver numerous innovative Security, Analytics and Networking software products – generating sustained growth, helping Infoblox introduce security products and become the market leader in the core network services category. Prior to Infoblox, Sohail served as a Vice President of Engineering at Vernier Networks, Inc., a network identity management and access control products company. Before Vernier, Sohail co-founded and served as Vice President of Engineering at Syndeo Corp., a communication software company. Sohail has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston.

Dilip Patel , Senior Vice President of Customer Success

As Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Dilip leads MobileIron’s technical support, education, customer advocacy, and professional services teams. Prior to joining MobileIron, Dilip spent 15 years at Wind River, a subsidiary of Intel. He joined Wind River as a field engineer and held a series of positions over the years including Vice President Customer Operations and Senior Vice President R&D. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Research and Development and Worldwide Customer Operations, and was responsible for driving innovation and delivery of key products for Wind River and for managing customer-facing engineering groups across the globe. Prior to joining Wind River, he served as a software development manager with Texas Instruments in EMEA and Singapore and as a software manager and designer at Atlas Converting Equipment in the UK. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electronic Physics from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an MBA from the Open University Business School, UK.

Greg Randolph , Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales

As SVP Worldwide Sales at MobileIron, Greg is responsible for all company revenue and routes to market globally. Greg has more than 20 years of experience in sales and executive management. Prior to joining MobileIron, he spent more than eight years at CA Technologies, serving most recently as the SVP & GM of Global Sales for CA Technologies Enterprise Cyber Security business. His responsibilities included go-to-market strategy and execution as well as new product direction and acquisition. Prior to joining CA Technologies, Greg spent more than 10 years at Consonus Technologies culminating in VP of Sales where he was responsible for all field and inside sales across the company. Greg received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Ojas Rege , Chief Strategy Officer

As Vice President of Strategy, Ojas is responsible for aligning product development and corporate strategy. Prior to joining MobileIron, Ojas was Vice President of Global Mobile Products at Yahoo!, responsible for Yahoo’s mobile search, email, messaging, and content services. The team delivered SMS, mobile web, and client applications for phones, and built platforms to deal with global fragmentation of mobile technology. Ojas started in mobile in 2000 as Vice President of Product Marketing at AvantGo. AvantGo was purchased by Sybase iAnywhere Solutions in 2003. Before AvantGo, Ojas managed the online video gaming team at Acclaim Entertainment, spent several years with Boston Consulting Group, and started his career in 1988 as VAX/VMS product line manager at Oracle. Ojas is also a Board Chair for Pact, a non-profit in Oakland California that provides adoption services for children of color and their parents. Rhonda Shantz , Chief Marketing Officer

Rhonda’s team is responsible for implementing high-impact targeted programs that drive pipeline and increase revenue. She brings over 25 years of experience driving revenue growth at cybersecurity and enterprise businesses, creating strategy for category development and market disruption, and executing digital transformations. Prior to MobileIron, Rhonda served as CMO at Centrify, where she led a rapid transformation in marketing and sales to an account-based targeting strategy, increased the pipeline two-fold, shifted the go-to-market strategy including product packaging and pricing, and repositioned the company to become a leader in the zero-trust category.

Rhonda also held leadership roles at Rocket Fuel, Symantec, and Porter Novelli where she drove strategies around category development, reinventing brands, and driving pipeline. She is a frequent speaker at industry events, and was recently recognized by Sirius Decisions for Marketing Program of the Year and by TOPO for Marketing Excellence in 2018. In 2017, Rhonda was recognized by Engagio as “One of the Top 50 Women in Revenue that you should know,” and “Women of Influence 2017” by San Jose Business Journal. Rhonda has an MBA from Sacramento State University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Chico State University.

Brian Foster , Senior Vice President of Product Management

As SVP of Product Management, Brian is responsible for overseeing product direction and innovation. Brian brings more than 25 years of experience to his role. Prior to MobileIron, Brian founded a startup in the identity management space. Before that, he was SVP of information services at Neustar, the leader in identity resolution. At Neustar, Brian’s teams were responsible for solutions in marketing services, risk and fraud, registries, and security services. He also oversaw the product development and go-to-market operations. Prior to that, Brian was CTO at Damballa, a private company that discovered advanced threats running in enterprises and large internet service providers. As CTO, Brian was responsible for the advanced research, product strategy, and engineering operations.

Before Damballa, Brian was SVP of product management at McAfee. He oversaw McAfee's global product management functions and was responsible for over 80 enterprise and consumer products, generating more than $2B in revenue. Prior to joining McAfee, Brian was VP of product management at Symantec, where he oversaw product innovation for the enterprise endpoint. Brian has a BA in Economics from UCLA and completed the executive program in management from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
